Position Overview:


As a key member of the Founder's Office, you will be responsible for handling the Deal Sourcing, Financial Operations, & Revenue Operations at CoinCROWD. You will work closely with the Founders and executive team to drive strategic partnerships, streamline financial operations, and develop revenue generation strategies. Key Responsibilities:

Deal Sourcing and Strategic Partnerships:

- Proactively identify and source potential partners, investors, and acquisition opportunities that align with CoinCROWD's long-term strategic goals.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the crypto, finance, and fintech industries.

- Assist in evaluating, negotiating, and executing deals (partnerships, investments, acquisitions) in collaboration with the Founders and leadership team.

- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new business opportunities.

Financial Operations:

- Support the financial operations team in managing budgets, financial forecasts, and P&L analysis.

- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes, ensure financial compliance, and track KPIs.

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, funding rounds, and investor updates.

- Monitor and optimize cash flow, cost structures, and financial risks, ensuring sustainable growth.

Revenue Operations:

- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies, including pricing models, sales funnels, and customer acquisition strategies.

- Support the design and implementation of revenue tracking systems and dashboards to monitor performance and profitability.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize the customer lifecycle and ensure a seamless transition from acquisition to conversion.

- Analyze and report on revenue metrics to provide actionable insights to the executive team.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with various teams (tech, marketing, product, and sales) to ensure that business operations and revenue strategies are well-aligned with company goals.

- Provide strategic recommendations based on financial and market analysis to help guide key business decisions.

Special Projects & Operational Efficiency:

- Support the Founders with high-priority projects that require cross- functional coordination and problem-solving.

- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes across finance, sales, and partnerships, enhancing efficiency and scalability.

Key Qualifications:

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a strategic, financial, or operations role, preferably within fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industries.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) a plus.

- Deal Sourcing: Strong network within the crypto, fintech, or venture capital space and a demonstrated ability to source, evaluate, and close deals.

- Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial operations, including financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

- Revenue Operations: Experience in developing and optimizing revenue models, sales strategies, and performance tracking.

- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and digital wallets is a plus.

- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present findings to executives.

- Self-Starter: Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
