Job Location : Work from Home / Remote

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.

- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.

- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

- Monitor cash flow, manage budgets, and report on variances.

- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support for business decisions.

- Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and industry practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.

- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- CPA certification or working towards it.

- Experience in [specific industry] or similar environment.
