CoHo - Community Manager (1-4 yrs)
Role Description
Happiness is only real when shared. As a Community Manager, you will make sure that the residents of CoHo create memories that accentuate their experience of living at a CoHo property. Smooth execution of community engagement events and a vivid narrative of the same to the world is what will make you the keeper of the Community at CoHo. Developing a - Spirit of Community- amongst the CoHo members is a must for this role.
Community Engagement Events
- Curating and executing new events to bring CoHo residents together and creating a sense of community
- An endless appetite for networking and communicating with people
- Digital Marketing and Content Creation
- Extensive experience in creating extraordinary digital communications and impactful promotional campaigns for the events channeled through a flair of creativity
In addition to the above, you shall also be expected to :
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and a blazing hustle for bringing new ideas to the table every now and then
- Effectively manage and work with multi-disciplinary teams
- Demonstrate personal accountability, constructive thinking, and emotional intelligence
- Know your way around money and master the budgets for the community events
Qualifications
- Education and Experience - A post graduate/graduate degree in any specialization. Prior experience in developing community engagement programs is highly desirable
- Right Attitude - Intent to learn in a start-up environment
- Fun Loving - We strive to be highly outcome-oriented and yet have fun while achieving goals
