Effective Communication : - Should be an excellent communicator to drive & own discussions with cross-functional teams to understand the talent requirements. Coordinating with the candidate & various internal stakeholders to schedule the interviews and delivering the feedback in a timely manner 2. Talent Pool : - Ensuring that the talent pipeline is strong. Screening the inbound profiles & headhunting the candidates on relevant job portals will be a part of this role. Should be well aware of the latest hiring trends & the best job portals available in the market 3. Talent Engagement : - Ensuring that the talents are engaged throughout the interview process until the joining. Strategising & creating some great reading materials to boost the interest level towards the opportunity. Discussing the vision & the growth path with the candidates during the interview process 4. Requirement Analysis : - Understanding the required skillset from the hiring managers & preparing a compelling job description. Should be good with the requirement analysis & creating the filtration parametres for the job roles. 5. Employer Branding : - Representing Cogoport impactfully & sharing fascinating information to the candidate to generate the interest.
