Areas of Impact for you:

Take responsibility for the strategic direction, enhancement and financial performance of the portfolio of products and services

Lead and develop product roadmaps for all products in conjunction with the Senior Team and relevant stakeholders

Work collaboratively with Sales, Engineering and Operations to ensure effective delivery and support of products and services

Create, track and measure the product metrics and take action based on the outcomes/result

Achieve profitable growth across all product lines at P&L level

Provide hands-on leadership and direction to the team along with strategic input into the company's business plan

Develop and manage budgets and resource requirements.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's from any of the elite engineering colleges & MBA is preferred

4+ years of expertise in product conceptualisation and delivery

Experience in building B2B/Enterprise/SAAS product solutions

Experience of building/scaling a global product with a customer centric vision

Should have excellent analytical & problem-solving skills

Possess excellent communication, sharp analytical abilities with proven design skills, able to think critically of the current system in terms of growth and stability
