As Program Manager, you will get a chance to get creative and solve any challenges that might come your way. We hope that execution is your strong suit. You will gain the skills, network, and experience to fast-track your career in exchange. You'll work directly with the Founders and eventually lead to a Unit Head or SME role. You'll get to wear lots of hats: company strategy, fundraising, business plan making, business operations, marketing, sales, hiring, product, etc. - whatever is the top priority. We'll divide and conquer.

About the Skills Required and Role Details :

- Super-organized collaboration for the organization (20%): Make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across the organization. All communication channels across teams are set and collaborating.

- Ease & ensure outcome-oriented productive communications (10%): Ensure team meetings with CEO are high impact and outcome-oriented. Ensure meetings are strategically planned and run, draft agendas, and presentation materials are high impact. Strong index on problem-solving skills when planning and running meetings with the leadership team.

- Get strategic (30%): Evaluate and assist in developing office policies, evaluations, and procedures for improved workflow and anticipate future needs as the organization grows.

- Grow business (20%): Work and coordinate with the Founder's outreach activities (including partnerships) and follow up on contacts made by the Founders to cultivate ongoing relationships.

- Operate business (20%): Clear line of sight on targets of leadership in the company. Actively problem solve with them on ensuring bottlenecks are pre-empted and managed. Manage information systems operations, collaborating with all the departments of the company. Assist in the operation of the organization and other projects/duties.

You should have:

- Master's degree in Business Administration or a similar field

- 3-5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, Investment Banking, or similar profile.

- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives

- The ability to recognize this is a high trust-based role, so be able to demonstrate & ensure maturity and confidentiality in every action/ conversation
