Areas of Impact for you :

- Develop value proposition for our current products and new launches

- Convey values to internal and external stakeholders to register and imprint it in their mind

- Cascade the value proposition through various mediums ; email marketing, website, social media, blogs, videos etc.; adjust communication style as per the customer type and their channel of acquisition

- Ensure alignment of all communication with Company's positioning, vision, goals, tonality and identity

- Generate insights that help product development and successful launch

- Develop an in-depth understanding of market, product offerings, competitive landscape, and pricing

- Drive end to end execution of new product, new page or product feature launch

- Classify customers and campaigns to avoid channel conflict

- Understand conscious and unconscious customer needs and identify different persona types; suggest additional features

- Develop key customer identification criteria for different products

- Train sales team on the criteria, personas and overall product strategy

- Measure customer impact of all the products of Cogoport, new and old

- Collaborate with management, tech, and design to generate content and communication

- Enhance customer experience at all stages of the customer funnel

- Grow Signups, KYC, conversion, retention and NPS metrics

- Address ad hoc marketing needs in the company

Desirable Skills & Experience :

- Do you possess what's required to do the best work of your life?

- Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager in the tech industry

- Experience and understanding of technology platforms and startup ecosystems

- Background in design, sales or copywriting is a plus experience in market analysis

- Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)

- Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)

- Excellent communication skills

- Keen eye for detail

- Creativity to generate campaign ideas

- Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills

- MBA in Marketing, Communications or similar field
