Cogoport - Growth Marketer (2-7 yrs)

Cogoport is developing world-class products to simplify international trade. For everyone. As a growth marketer, you will be responsible for broadening the lead funnel, and onboarding high-quality customers onto the Cogoport platform. Adopting a multi-channel approach across performance channels, lead enrichment and SEO.


- Create and successfully drive innovative and effective marketing programs, including integrated digital marketing campaigns for awareness, lead generation, and growth.

- Coordinate with the presales team to understand the quality of leads being generated, and work on improving the same.

- Plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns to target priority segments and personas

- Work closely with sales, technical teams, PR, stakeholders, and field evangelists to deliver successful marketing programs in the assigned territory.

- Extensively A/B test ideas across micro-segments and scale what is working.

- Monitor and track program results using analytical and reporting capabilities to measure the performance of marketing campaigns.

- Handle Cogoport's SEO initiatives and collaborate with internal teams and agencies to execute the same.

- Effectively manage freelancers, contractors and outside agencies to meet the goals of the company


- Comfortable with handling tools like Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook Ads, Email Automation and Lead-gen tools on a day to day basis

- Data-oriented - Should be able to query and work with large data sets to ascertain the effectiveness of campaigns and segment users

- Should be able to deliver daily/ monthly signup goals by experimenting with different channels

- Should have a deep understanding of Inbound content marketing/ organic channels/ SEO and strategies

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion

- Ability to work with designers to create ads, white papers and other marketing material

- Exception copywriting skills are a big plus

- At least 2 years in a performance/ growth/ acquisition marketing role is a must
