- Acquisition: This involves organizing events to build knowledge of customers on Cogoport's unique way of doing business and Cogoport's capabilities. The target audiences are CXOs, owners, and supply chain heads of companies across targeted industries.
- Retention: Conduct Cogoport-organized events with customers and employees on dissemination of industry-specific knowledge on supply chain advancements, entrepreneurship, and technology.
- Employee Engagement: Organize internal events such as employee training and employee reviews on a quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis to increase employee engagement and accountability.
