Main responsibilities: - Drive and deliver the customer-focused technology (quote, book and end to end visibility) along the road logistics supply chain. - Deep dive and understand the impact and value our systems provide to our customers, carriers and users. Suggest and prioritize technology focus points to maximize impact vs. investment and optimize time to market. - Design and execute strategic project management for our core project of TMS enhancement and rollout in order to improve customer experience, user experience and cost. - Design and execute customer and carrier technical application integrations and onboarding programs from start to end including solution design, technology demonstrations, interface message preparation, testing and launch execution. - Manage external and internal senior stakeholders across multiple departments. Actively link the management, business, and service engineering teams and support in order to ensure maximum alignment. - Raise the bar by analyzing, reviewing and implementing the best practices and learnings on the similar initiatives from the market. Skills &amp; Expertise: - Exceptional analytical skills and experience using data and the principles of Lean/Six Sigma to understand, optimize and automate operations. - Extensive experience managing complex technology programs and projects from planning through execution. - Extensive operational experience and background with IoT Sensor technology in the logistics industry, - Large Scale Logistics/Operations/Ecommerce/Visibility/Cost optimization experience are a clear plus. Key attributes: - Passion for customer excellence, usability and value-driven way of working. Exceptional technical skills to run database queries, understand machine learning, execute logical mappings and execute third party system integration using EDI/API.&nbsp; - Multiple years of experience in a related area preferably with planning and implementation of technology systems, tools and features with a customer experience, speed and quality focus. - Willingness to travel internationally to manage a variety of stakeholders
