About the position: We are looking for a resolute Business leader to assist in the new phase of expansion for our firm into unexplored markets such as nearshore markets (Middle East, South-East Asia, etc.), sectors apart from Financial Services/BFSI and more, by utilizing existing advisor networks and forming partnerships with similar B2B SaaS organisations to enter foreign markets. The job requires you to study existing procedures of B2B lead generation and expansion and to formulate appropriate strategies (such as mentioned above) that facilitate our growth into new markets, both domestic as well as international. You will play a pivotal role in taking our product to these markets by exploring new avenues and making sure that the teams are prepared, by ensuring a solid groundwork for the pre-sales to start. Job Responsibilities: Channel Partner Relationship Management: - Identifying the right set of Channel Partners with whom we can engage in a formal Business Relationship. - Generating B2B leads in other markets and nearshore markets via the Channel Partner Network. - Plan and execute an incentive structure for Channel Partners. - Ensuring a healthy Business pipeline of revenue via Channel Partners. Growth to nearshore markets: - Identifying the right markets for us to target. - Identifying the right use-cases of our product which would be fit for the market. - Identifying the right Channel Partners who can help us with the sale of our products in these markets. - Identifying markets outside BFSI and growing business in these markets: - Identifying the right markets to target apart from BFSI. For example - EdTech, Entertainment, Retail & ECommerce, etc. - Identifying the top customers to reach out to via the existing network. - Identifying untapped clients or subsidiaries of current clients within the Financial Services/BFSI sector. - Crafting short and long-term, actionable plans in consultation with the Directors for expansion. - Communicating strategies for expansion with other HODs to obtain their buy-in. - Training the team in appropriate techniques to support the utility of business strategies. - Reviewing your progress using standardized metrics. - Compiling detailed reports that capture successes and opportunities. Requirements: - MBA in Operations Management preferably from a Tier 1 institute. - Experience as a Head of Operations or in a similar role (experience with SaaS organizations preferred). - Knowledge of business functions. - Solid knowledge of data analytics. - Strong mathematical literacy. - Excellent organizational and leadership qualities. - A strategic thinker. - Determined, Hard working and Diligent. - Highly focused on achieving goals, targets and numbers.
