Below are the qualifications we are ideally looking for in the JSTAT/JDI Level 2 role:

- Static data exception management experience

- Analyzing big amount of data (Tables, Excel, BI Tools etc.)

- Building efficient workflows, implement new procedures and processes.

- Building reconciliations to ensure integrity of data.

- Hands on Manager that will help in the ongoing Clean up and Maintenance of JSTAT.

- Management of junior offshore staff.

- Independent Problem solver.

- Work with team members to take project/initiative to completion.

- Customer oriented.

- Excellent Communication skills

Key Skills :

- Basic SQL

- Tableau

- Power Bi

- Data Mining

- Investment Banking background/Knowledge

- Product like bonds, equity, Swaps, IRS, Futures, options etc.

- Managerial attributes

- Account mapping

- Static Data mapping

- Security mapping

- Client Onboarding

- Good in MIS
