Job Description :

- Lead a team of ~25 campaign managers, providing them support and guidance for effective implementation, management, optimization, and reporting of digital campaigns

- Support team to conduct keyword research to ensure campaigns created and managed most profitable for brands

- Educate and support associates while making product recommendations and budget allocation

- Drive the collection of market intelligence; setting market benchmarking goals in collaboration with business owners, Identifying and tracking trends in core market segments to guide campaign execution.

- Handle customer escalations and lead to effective closure

- Ensure team meets all the SLA as defined by the company

- Should be able to manage the internal and external stakeholders

- Supervise and track the progress on campaigns being run by the team

- Analyze the reports for revenue, campaign performance, click and conversion rates, ROI, daily ad spend for the team on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

- Should manage team's performance including shrinkage, attrition, periodical performance discussions

- Should be able to multitask in a fast pace environment with minimum supervision

Experience and Skills Required :

- Should have 5-10 years of experience in managing large teams preferably in digital marketing, E-Commerce, Ad campaign management

- Multi-channel marketing, e-commerce, and or social media experience

- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

- Strength in extracting concise and meaningful learnings from a vast number of data points.

- Experience in developing ad campaigns, showing success in driving new or existing product awareness and consideration across markets.

- Demonstrated analytical skills in quantitative measurement methodologies to analyze brand perception and sales results from ad campaigns, taking a lead role in developing advertising creative and media plans based on research analysis and output.

- Must be a data-driven, optimization-focused digital marketer with a strong background in managing and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns

Academic Qualification :

- Should be a Graduate or post graduate

- Digital Marketing background (Preferred)
