Education : Full time MBA / PGDM from top tier B School
Job Description :
- Over 12/14+ years experience in IT consulting/business analysis.
Must Have: Majority of experience in Operations, supply chain.
- Experience in Leading a Team/Lead consultant, Business analysis.
- IT experience ( Software development side - SDLC).
- Good to have: Experience in commodities trading and risk management.
Domain : Oil, concentrates, agri, refined metals, products trading, trm, risk management.
Experience in following skills: Logistics, physical delivery, inventory management, procurement, supply chain, Storage, transport, invoicing).
- Experience working in one or more large transformation programmes, with appreciation for aspects including target state definition, programme planning, governance, risk management, change management.
- Extensive experience and strong skills in process definition, business requirements gathering, functional design, story writing.
- Track record in account-based selling (concept-to-SOW), managing a consulting team (> 8-10 people), including hiring, retention, resource planning, domain capability development.
- Demonstrated ability in developing original thought leadership on topics including digitalization, transformation, commodity trading.
- Experience in Agile, Story Writing, Business Analysis - process definition, requirements gathering.
