JOB Description : F&A Delivery
Location - Bangalore
Role : SM/DGM
Expertise PTP/OTC with Accounting background
Shifts Rotational
- Strong F&A experienced professional who comes with good experience of dealing with customers in a very logical and firm way. Remain flexible to the needs of customers and at the same time be logical to push back if required for the benefit of customer
- Chartered Accountant or MBA finance from elite institute
- Experienced in working with 3rd party clients and handling operational conflicts
- Preferred to be an expert in PTP and OTC/RTR areas of F&A (among Record to Report, Procure to Pay or Order to cash), and working knowledge in others
- Strong articulation of thoughts and clarity
- Flexible to work and cover all three regions like APAC, Europe and NAM regions
- Client and Team management
- Good understanding of the SLA and KPIs
- Driven large automation and Process improvement projects in PTP and OTC areas
- Good knowledge on how to create standardization of the processes across markets
- Working experience in APAC / NAM markets
- Number of years of experience As fits within DGM profile
- Good exposure in performance management reporting and experience in managing a team of around 50+ finance professionals
- Sound written and Oral communications
- Good exposure in tracking the SLAs, timely reporting and implement the governance in process for better control
- Exposure in manage the account P&L and track the CP % in line with management expectation
- Maintain a good relationship with key client stakeholders and identify an opportunity for process improvements /value addition back to the customer
- Good understanding on Industry best practices and relevant tools/technologies exposure on P2P/OTC process
- Exposure in Order Management and Contract creation works
