JOB PURPOSE :&nbsp; This is Client Lifecycle Design &amp; Management (CLDM) Senior Project Manager role is instrumental in initiating, planning, executing and closing CLDM driven projects across the Process and Systems owned by the Global Client Lifecycle Process Owner. The individual is required to be PMP certified and will adhere to the Project Management Standards in managing projects and working with stakeholders across business divisions as well as functional areas. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :&nbsp; Project Governance :&nbsp; - Setup and facilitate the running of the Project Steering Committee (PSC) - Ensure project adherence to the Programme Management Standards and the Terms of Reference - Ensure project adherence to Compliance with the SDF Control Framework (including Agile). - Responsible for PSC materials and accuracy of minutes.- Ensure that the standard PSC reports are used and prevent creation of similar reports - Co-ordination of PSC approvals, red packs and closures - Manage the Phase gate framework for Project - Manage project financials, forecast and work with technology to ensure that project financials are well managed. Project Planning, Execution and Closing :&nbsp; - Develop Project Execution Document (PED) by building the project management plan, business &amp; benefit case. Support the Project Accountable Executive in facilitating PED approval. - Execute project plan based on approved PED and project management day-to-day including task tracking, risk &amp; issue management, stakeholder management etc. - Proper and timely reporting to relevant project and programme steering committees via standard packs generated using bank-wide standardized tools. - Establish proper QC and QA process to ensure quality of project deliverables meet approved PED. - Ensure project change requests management adhere to project management standards, including impact assessment, approval etc. - Managing business and technology delivery leads, who represent the functions within the Project. - Implement project closure procedure. SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS :&nbsp; - At least 12-15 years experience as project manager in managing a large complex business lead project or programmes with multiple projects in a large international bank. - Experience in working in or dealing with a wider range of stakeholders at various seniority. - Experience in various types of software development approach and associated tools (i.e. MS Project, Agile, Waterfall, Clarity) - Highly developed written communication skills, including a proficiency in using Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to converse in appropriate levels of detail with Business Heads, COOs/CIOs, Technology, Finance, Middle Office/Operations Risk, Conduct &amp; Financial Crime and Compliance (CFCC) etc. - Project Management certification like PMP, Prince2 is preferred. - Highly driven individual as well as team player who is detailed oriented. - Experience in Fraud Risk Monitoring, Transaction Monitoring, KYC, Customer Due Diligence, AML, or similar regulatory initiatives (preferred)
