Cognizant - Process Excellence Role - Banking Process

Skill sets / Role & Responsibilities : 

- To lead PEx & Transformation for a banking process which includes

- Perform front to back process assessment

- Identify transformation opportunities & create Book of Work

- Design process or digital solutions and work with operations & technology teams for execution

- Drive Digital initiatives e.g. Citizen Developer Program, Task Capture & Process Mining

Required Skills : 

- Should be experienced in applying different process or technology tools and techniques to drive transformation

- Should be self-driven by ideas and process improvement

- Green Belt certified/Black Belt Trained with hands on in Lean/Six Sigma methodology

- Should have worked on high impact Automation/Analytics projects end to end

- Should have exposure to RPA automation, Process Mining (Celonis, Process Gold etc.) or AI / ML based deployments

- Domain experience in Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Banking and financial services is preferred.
