Job Description: Offshore Delivery Lead - SM Level- ( Firewall/ SIEM)

Experience:

- Must have 13+ Years of Experience in IT Service Industry, 8+ Years on Experience in IT Security Services & 5+ Years experience as Manager for a team of 20+ in managing Security services delivery to Global customer

- Must have worked with clients in IT Security Services delivery and bringing in continuous improvements on delivery process, quality and productivity

- Must have worked on conducting and participating in periodic delivery reviews, identify issues and resolve them, advise on risks and suggest corrective actions

- Must have managed and improved offshore cost of delivery and contribution margins

- Must have worked with onsite delivery executives and transform delivery

- Must have worked with client executives and enhance offshore delivery capabilities

- Must have managed team of at least 20-30 people across accounts with leads/ PM in each engagement

- Must have worked with the project leads to build capability plans in line with upcoming requirements

- Must have worked in managing customer to understand the business requirement for the projects, developing effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project; manage all Project Finances, PNL, and Benefits.

- Must have exposure in managing, monitoring and motivating the cross functional teams assigned to the projects

- Must have experience in managing visits of the clients to India from reviewing the delivery to showcasing capabilities on prospective areas based on account mining

Management Skills:

- Must have managed Large Engagements into Information Security and IT Security Services delivery

- Must be from IT Security and Information Security background

- Must have handled IT Security Services delivery in the area of Cyber Security, Cyber Defense, Threat analyses, Security Operation Center

- Should have experience of Right shore delivery model across BUs and geographies

- Should have managed Deals worth: 10-30 Million 3/5 year contracts.

Technical skills:

- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities in at least one Industry Domain (Manufacturing, Communication and Technology, Life Sciences, Utilities etc.)

- Should have good exposure in meeting compliance standards such as ISO27001, COBIT, HIPPA & SOX

- Should have good knowledge of Project Management, ITIL and ITSM Process areas

- Should have working knowledge in IT Security areas in administering Firewall, IPS/IDS, Endpoint Security with Antivirus & FIM, SIEM, VA/VM, Identity and Access Management tools.

- Should strong knowledge in Information Risk management, Governance and Compliance management

Educational Qualifications

- B Tech / BE/ Any Post Graduation

- Having CISSP/ CISM/CISA/ any product technical certifications at advanced level will be added advantage
