Cognizant - General Manager/Director - Transition

Job Description :

Role : Transition GM / D

Location : Mumbai

Compensation : 35 40LPA

Qualifications : Any Graduate. PMP certification is preferred.

1. D 18-22 Years exp generic & 10+ Years Core Life sciences, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Data Management transitions exp.

2. GM 16-18 + Years overall exp & 8-10 Years core Life sciences, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Data Management transitions exp.

3. At least 8+ years of experience in Life sciences Pharmacovigilance Transition and Project Management

4. PMP/PRINCEII Certification is preferred.

5. Experience in CDM, PV, medical devices-order management or revenue cycle management [anyone]

6. Experience in CDM, PV, medical devices-order management or revenue cycle management [anyone]

7. Experience in Cost Management, Time Management, Team Management and Schedule adherence.

8. Exposure to RFP/RFI management including Due diligence.

9. Experience in managing global team. Delivery experience of managing 100+ FTEs preferred (nice to have).

10. Green Belt Certification is preferred or Quality certification

11. Should be willing to travel this is a travel job and will require extensive travelling.

12. Executive presence and skill to manage multiple stakeholders.

13. Drive efficiency using Automation and other improvement projects

14. Manage project costs and keep them low

15. Be a leader and give overall direction to the transition /project team.
