JOB TITLE : Deputy General Manager, HealthCare Digital Operations Location : Bangalore Experience : 10+ years Job Responsibilities : - Accountable for delivering business outcomes for a portfolio of HC Payer and Provider accounts through the application of data sciences - Work closed with Healthcare Payer and Provider digital operations team to create and implement analytics charter - Act as a consultant and advisor for the key stakeholders and leaders of the operations team - Set agenda for the continuous evolution of tools and innovations which includes new data sources, new solutions, and modeling techniques - Mentor and guide team to develop and deploy predictive models in operations workflow - Engage in regular problem solving sessions with the team to present findings and ensure effective project management - Handle multiple project initiatives or project across clients simultaneously - Create a periodic status report and share/present it to key stakeholders - Partner with sales and business development team to create POV on analytics proposals and contribute to RFP/RFI responses Job Requirements : Mandatory Skills/Experience : - 10+ years of experience of working on analytics projects and initiatives - Experience should include hands-on delivery of projects in analysis and statistical modelling - Must possess the ability to evaluate and guide a team of data scientists on predictive modeling projects - Strong application knowledge on tools Python, R, and SQL - Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Logistic Regression, Random Forest, XgBoost, CatBoost, New Neutral, Genetic Algorithm, Reinforcement Learning, and Optimization - Strong Excel skills to analyze data. Desirable Skills/Experience : - Knowledge of REST APIs and other tech to implement predictive models in live operations workflow will be a plus - Experience of working on sales proposals and RFPs will also be a plus - High aptitude for learning quickly, assimilate to new teams and projects, and work well under pressure with appropriate attention to detail - Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills requirements.
