Consultant/Senior Consultant - BFS/MLEU - 202O/21 Passouts Only

Professional Qualifications and Skills :

- Full time MBA from any top tier B School (preferably in Ops/Finance/IT/Systems)

- 3 to 8 years of work experience as BA/ consultants

Responsibilities

- Strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis - business process definition, requirements gathering, Functional designs, product solution design, proficiency in writing complex BRD, FSD and user stories

- Demonstrate ability in planning consulting/functional work & ownership of project outcomes

- Excellent Stakeholder Management (both business and technology)

- Act as a key point of contact to the Business Transformation Services, Business Analysis, and Functional Architecture and Solution Architecture groups throughout the implementation

- Interface with business stakeholders to determine key design/process decisions, and contribute to overall delivery plan.

- Deliver assigned tasks complete and on time as designated by the Programme Office to ensure smooth progress of the implementation.

- Contribute and take ownership for various project related tasks / planning activities as the programme evolves

- Knowledge and Practical experience of Project Management methodologies

Domain skills - Must Have: BFS :

- Experience should be primarily in the domain of Capital Market, Front Office, Trade Finance

- Experience in one of the skills like

- Exposure in implementation of reports across different business areas

Domain Skills - Must Have : MLEU

- Broad exposure (deal-to-cash) and specialization in middle office functions of commodity Trading landscape - Middle Office (Logistics, physical delivery, inventory management, procurement, supply chain, Storage, transport, invoicing)

- Detailed knowledge of trade life cycle in Commodity trading domain (Energy, Agri, metals, concentrates)
