Risk & Regulatory Reporting - Business Analyst Experience : 5-7 Yrs Location : Pune Tasks and Responsibilities : - Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (like CRR/ BRRD/ LCR/ FINREP/MONREP/ IFRS/ etc.). - Preferably have prior experience of working with global financial institution in Regulatory Reporting - Perform an analytical review to understand developments in the reports; - Ownership of regulatory reporting standards related projects by preparing FRD's, guiding development, preparing test cases, SIT, UAT etc. - Proficient understanding on front to back systems (in Risk and Finance landscape), data, calculations and processes within an Investment Banking environment. Education and Skills : - You have 5 to 7 years working experience with at least a Master degree, preferable in the areas of accountancy, business administration or finance and control - You have demonstrable deep technical expertise of financial risk management in banks (capital, liquidity, credit and market risk, stress testing, internal risk models, data management and risk reporting) - Knowledge of data mining including SQL is highly desirable - Experience in data analysis - spotting trends and relationships; creating excel formula; creating data controls - Good communication and persuasion skills and be able to present complex issues in a simple and understandable way and provide customer centric solutions.
