Quality Engineering & Assurance - Business Analyst


Level : SA and M


Education : B.Tech + MBA


Primary skills: Business Development, Bid Proposal, RFI, RFQ, Presales, Quality Engineering & Assurance


Position Summary : Support pursuit management activities through active participation in proposal building and creation of reusable sales collaterals.


Primary Job Responsibilities:


- Support pre-sales efforts - proposal building for RFPs / RFIs and related collaterals as well as proactive bids (technical and business solutions, commercial strategies etc.)


- Participate in customer presentations of proposals


- Track, maintain and report deal pipeline; perform deal analytics & account mining


- In-depth industry research activities to understand market trends, competitor landscape etc. and leverage the same to devise GTM strategies


- Build reusable sales collaterals (capability decks, case studies, solution playbooks etc.)


- Actively participate in industry forums - publish whitepapers / articles in preferred journals / public domains, participate in industry-leading conferences etc.

- Analytical /Problem Solving skills


- Strong Communication skills


- Team / Interpersonal skills


- Positive attitude and drive


- IT experience (in relevant industry verticals) will be preferred


- Knowledge of emerging technologies like QA Automation, RPA, Cloud, AI/ML, Analytics, BlockChain etc. is desirable
