Accounting Business Analyst - Banking and Financial Services

Responsibilities :

- Act as a key point of contact to the Business Transformation Services, Business Analysis, and Functional Architecture and Solution Architecture groups throughout the implementation

- Interface with business stakeholders to determine key design/process decisions and contribute to overall delivery plan.

- Deliver assigned tasks complete and on time as designated by the Programme Office to ensure smooth progress of the implementation.

- Contribute and take ownership for various project related tasks / planning activities as the programme evolves

- Knowledge and Practical experience of Project Management methodologies ; ability to configure delivery work stream frameworks to progress timelines and delivery milestones

- Demonstrate ability in planning consulting/functional work & ownership of project outcomes

Professional Qualifications & Skills :

- Chartered Accountant ; 4 to 7 Yrs of work experience

- Top Tier B School , MBA ; 4 to 10 Yrs of work experience

- Non Top Tier B School ; 9 to 13 Yrs of work experience

- M com ; 9 to 13 Yrs of work experience.

Must Have :

- Strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis ; business process definition, business process consulting, requirements gathering, Functional designs and specifications, product solution design, proficiency in writing complex BRD, FSD, user stories, As-Is/To Be Analysis, Product design and product roadmap

- A know how of digital themes/technologies in the context of digital transformation consulting projects

- Worked in Finance & Accounting Project

Big Plus : Knowledge of trade life cycle in Commodity trading domain (Energy, Agri, metals, concentrates)
