- Credit Rating models/ scorecards implementation and design experience

- Experience in quantitative and qualitative model validation of credit risk PD and LGD models

- Experience of implementing risk management solutions and Project management of complete project cycle

- Presales and Client management

- Ensuring smooth implementation of risk frameworks, proprietary risk solutions for clients and proprietary software

- Troubleshooting and coordination skills to ensure resolution of issues

- Prior experience in BFSI Sector with IT Solutions implementation experience

- Knowledge of Credit risk, Market risk domains, SR-14, model risk global guidelines and software systems

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and assimilate market, customer and competitive intelligence to develop and own the product strategy & vision

- Gather, understand, and document business requirements for MRM platform

- Drive strategic innovation to generate new product ideas

- Work closely with Design, Engineering and Architects to deliver the desired capabilities

- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Partners and Professional Services to drive market traction

Skills and Experience :

- 5-10 years of experience with 5+ years product management experience for Credit risk applications.

- Competent to solve business problems and loves to interact with stakeholders and customers to understand the real problem

- Should be skilled at building strong partnerships and collaborate with various stakeholders including design lead, architects, and developers

- Play the product owner role by detailing out the user stories and create wireframes & designs

- Strong analytical and communication skills

Qualifications :

- B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA

- MBA Finance or Statistics
