Company Profile Improve Hut Consulting LLP Mumbai, founded by two of the alumni of NITIE Mumbai, is a strategy consulting firm, with aim of helping mid-sized, promoter-led companies and initially funded startups. We help them with both strategic function-wise consulting as well as operational outsourcing of the entire function. Currently, serving in the domain of Supply Chain, Analytics, and Human Resources. What we are looking for: - First, who is genuinely inclined towards building up the entire function from scratch - Person should come with prior experience of Human Resource domain - Someone with having exhaustive experience in implementing strategic HR initiatives, such as Performance Management systems, Appraisal management, streamlining HR processes, and recruitment setup Note - This is not really like a typical job role. It is a Co-founder position. If your aim is just to satisfy the higher salary need, I'd not recommend this. Definitely, we won't be able to match the CTC of your current employer.
