Who are we?

We are a SaaS based B2B logistics start-up (https://logibee.ai) founded by industry veteran with 20+ years of experience (https://linkedin.com/in/burhan3). We are working to solve serious issues faced in the First, Mid and Last mile delivery of order fulfilment flow for any goods-to-consumer business (retail, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, ready foods, general merchandise, fashion etc.).

We aim to target an immediate $10 Billion market. Our vision to make logistics efficient, simple and transparent. Our product development is nearing completion and ready to hit the market.

What's the opportunity?

We're seeking a passionate sales and marketing entrepreneurial mindset leader to join this incredibly rare opportunity as co-founder. This position will be intimately involved with defining and implementing go to market strategy, business development/growth and customer acquisition. As a business partner and a trusted member of the strategic team, you'll need to share our entrepreneurial spirit and be willing to believe in our dream.

Note: This is a complete EQUITY based role with NO SALARY till we generate revenue/get funding.

What will I be doing?

As a cofounding member you will be working very closely with CEO owning marketing & sales strategy, customer acquisition/retention and business growth. Having said this, being a cofounder, you should be open to the responsibilities of all forms

Key Responsibilities:

- Create & implement go-to-market (GTM) entry strategies.

- Develop and execute a strategic plan for customer acquisition and expand customer base

- Build up early customers and get involved in client servicing

- Set clear objectives and goals for business development

- Define customer segments by creating a marketing funnel

- Own and achieve sales targets

- Drive the sales process from planning to close

- Articulate the distinct aspects of the platform

- Provide inputs for product growth

- Drive the evolution of our brand positioning

What experience / skills do I need?

- Go-getters and who is really passionate about experiencing the brand building entrepreneur journey

- 7+ years of experience in developing and executing business development (sales) and go-to-market plans for SaaS platforms.

- Work with ambiguities - a self-starter, organized and self-motivated with the ability to define goals and prioritize your work;

- Strong analytical and writing skills. You are comfortable with data and analytics, and you can clearly communicate your results and ideas.

- A highly motivated & passionate individual with an entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience (logistic is preferred)

- Graduate in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing (Preference to IIM/IIT graduates)
