We are an early stage Jobtech startup.
Re-Charge is developing a platform for entrepreneurs. We are already beta live from our internal funds and the plan is to meet investors for fund raising in the very near future.
Education :
Postgraduate from premier institutes
Experience :
- Between 5 to 8 years experience in any of the following :
- Human Resource Industry
Marketing/Business development.
- We are looking for a cofounder with background in any of Human Resource Marketing/hiring industry market, preferably from a job tech.
- The current entity is in a nascent stage and it's a very hands-on job. This is an equity only role.
- Looking for Mid & Senior Level Candidates with experience in pitching our Job tech to the corporates.
Requirements:
- Good networking with marketing & Human Resource teams of known Corporates like google,Amazon,Microsoft etc is required.
- Past sales experience in a Human Resource Company is essential with some track record of success.
- Networking abilities would be required to raise past contact base for setting meetings and Pitching our Platform.
- Looking for a mature and energetic person
- Must have business development background
- Shall be at a point where he wants to try out something new and can invest time into it.
- Ability to hustle, collaborate, adapt, and take risks.
- Commitments to devote your Hard work to the brand.
- A passion for startups.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong grasp of funnel-focused marketing activities to create demand and retain customers
- Has attention to detail (grammar, spelling, [pun]ctuations)
- Has excellent organizational and time management skills. Is a multi-tasker
Compensation :
- Compensation for Co-Founder will be in the form of pure equity for the first year.
- Though preference would be for founder who can join full time
- We are looking for a partner and not an employee, hence, if you are looking for market salary from Day 1, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY

Equity :
Equity would depend on number of factors like cofounder joining full time/part time, relevant experience, qualification,contribution etc. Also, the cofounder would be expected to assist us in the fund raising in the near future.
At a broader level :
- A cofounder joining full time can expect equity in the range of 1-3%, depending on contribution to the brand & business.
- A cofounder joining full time as well as contributing funds in business can expect equity in the range of 8-10%
