Responsibilities:

- Responsible for creation of the pension fund which will be a reliable instrument for the people from the BOP as a retirement option

- Creating Blueprint for profit organization and strategizing growth

- Scaling up the organization from scratch and developing organization structure

- Creating and managing Board of Directors, the co-founder will be responsible for determining what type of board the company should have, who is on the board and how the board would operate Stakeholder Management and achieving organizational goals

- Responsible for the continued evolution of the company's value to its stakeholders, Make sure the vision is powerful, simple and unique.

- Develop and maintain Business PlanBuild and Lead the Core Team

- Creating a culture of Meritocracy and attracting worldwide talent to the organization

- Product Development and ensuring its alignments with the organization's vision

- Recruit and retain the best Talent for across levels and across functions

- Managing Finance and Cost, keeping an eye on Return on investment

- Should participate in Fund-Raising, arranging road-shows, networking with VC- s, PE's and Limited Partners

- Representing the organization in Domestic and international conferences and Seminars Writing Blogs, newspaper articles and managing social media presence of the organization

- Creating Success Stories of the people who are benefited by the program.

Skills and Competencies:

- Desire to work for the BOP, prior experience of working for Impact Investment Enterprise into Financial Inclusion Space will an advantage

- Desire to be a part of a community

- A strong advocate of Financial Literacy Relishes and thrives in an unstructured environment.

- Clear and effective communicator able to articulate the benefits of our model and vision.

- Builds trust and confidence by utilizing effective collaboration and co-ordination skills and competencies.
