Profile Looking for Cofounder and Head- Marketing for Insuretech startup. The person should have a good understanding of Non-Life insurance industry and would be responsible for overseeing and implementing the Online and Offline marketing strategy. - He should have in depth understanding of ground realities of insurance sales and marketing as well as new product development using big data analytics. - Generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations. - Create a solid network of strategic partnerships - Sales management, new business development, product development, distribution channel management and customer service. - The role will encompass all content for email marketing, digital banners, videos, long format articles and product collaterals. - Define marketing strategies to support the company's overall strategies and objectives CTC We are a stealth mode startup in the fund-raising stage. Would prefer if generous equity would suffice but willing to pay a sustenance salary.
