- Good communication and organizational skills.

- Knowledge skills

Job Description: (Brief on the Key responsibilities)

- Developing company's payroll & compliances as a product and selling it to clients.

- Corporate Sales: Will be responsible for selling the payroll and compliance services of Million Minds with complete focus on achieving predefined sales target.

- Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors- activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies; initiating market development efforts.

- Will be responsible for new client acquisition, revenue growth as well as existing clients' retention and relationship

Requirements - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Expert in domestic payroll compliances India

- Articulate in communicating with business owners and managers over the phone, by email, and physical contact

- Strong ability to make effective presentations, and skills to negotiating deals

- Proven ability to prospect, add new leads, follow up, and close sales

- Possess strong self-confidence, perseverance, detailed-oriented, organizational skills, and strong will to go the extra mile to achieve set goals

- Excellent in using computer packages, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to creating proposals, presentations, and other documents needed for effective marketing.
