Cofounder / Chief Technology Officer - Fintech Startup with Revenue- IIT/NIT/BITS - Looking for Technology Co-founder, preferably from the Tech industry, with 5-10 years of experience, having hands-on experience in building technology platforms from scratch. - This is an opportunity to join our start-up at a initial stage. About the product : - B2B technology platform connecting Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector in India with private Banks & NBFCs for various financial products (SME Loans) with an aim to reduce the turn around time (TAT) by almost 50 % with uniquely designed process. MSME sector credit is the only sector growing @ 12 % in commercial credit with the market potential of Rs. 4.5 lacs crores only in India. - Initial basic version of the platform has been launched 6 months back & could fetch 1500 + applications for various products. We already have disbursed sme loans of Rs. 8 cr + through this platform through various lending partners. - Founder CEO is BE-MBA, Ex-banker, having 12 + years of hands on experience in SME funding business, utilising his skills & experience to build up the start-up. Primary Responsibilities, Role & Desired skill sets : - Work with the Founder in building the vision, architecture, team, technology stack and platform. - Should be master in coding, developing world-class mobileapp product, AI Chatbot on a stand-alone basis and with leading a team. - Should have entreprenurial mindset. - Take complete ownership on constantly improving product & brainstorm to idea that we can execute over time. - Recruit, hire & lead the small technology team (bigger team after funding) - Help in building a great place to work, which is a lot of fun & develops great team spirit. - Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proven experience of more than 5 + years. Hard Skills : - Must have knowledge of building native applications for Android and Web application - Tech expertise in Open Source/ PHP, My SQL, Java, JS, HTML, CSS3, React Native and Cloud Platform - Proficient knowledge of a back-end programming language PHP, Python, Node.js, Ruby, Java, .NET, JavaScript etc - Establish the company's technical vision and lead all aspects of the company's technological development with focus on backend development, mobile application development, ML, AI, and Big Data. - Should have strong Project Management skills Compensation : - Compensation for Co-Founder will be in the form ofpure equity. Combination of Equity & small salary package to take care of daily expenses can be discussed. We are expected to be cash-rich within next one year and will be able to draw market salaries post that. - Looking for an energetic, visionary partner with a strong desire to build cutting edge product.
