We are edtech platform focused exclusively on healthcare incubated at IIM Kozhikode. One of the cofounder is an IIM Kozhikode alumni. The role is for a Chief Operating Officer who will come in as a co-founder to set up and lead the operations of the company from scratch. The responsibilities would include the following: 1. Set up the organization by hiring right candidates to build different teams 2. Lead negotiations with partner universities and healthcare institutions for creating courses 3. Oversee the production of the courses 4. Guide the sales and marketing teams to achieve the target enrolment for the courses using different channels 5. Set up and manage the course delivery 6. Build a career proposition for the participants along with partner healthcare organizations 7. Lead P&L responsibility of the organization 8. Investor relations with the Board and Investors Since this is a new organisation being setup from scratch, the compensation would primarily be equity driven. Hence, the ask is for a candidate with a desire to build something on his/her own and is committed to the grind in the long term.
