The focus is predominantly towards creating a setup which has ambitious growth mindset as well as a strong profit focus, creating a culture of process excellence and a customer obsession. We are strengthening our CRM program and leveraging analytics to enhance walk-ins and customer stickiness, leveraging digital platforms to drive customer engagement and working on developing exciting store experience for the next-gen customers. At the heart of it, we are building a strong talent pipeline who are excited being part of a transformation journey, who are passionate about coffee, cafes and customers and rearing to build a business and make an impact.

President & Business Head - Home Delivery (reports to C.O.O. and is based out of Bangalore)


- Around 10-12 years of experience of which at-least 5-6 years are in Startup space. Has significant exposure in building brands / businesses in Startup space

- Currently heading a Business role in Food Tech setup or a Startup in Service space. Past experience in FMCG / Durables / Retail is desirable

- Should have excellent analytical skills, strong strategic thinking capabilities, proven operational track record and an ability to manage Key Account relationships effectively

- Is self-driven, passionate & committed, out of the box thinker and excited to create transformation

- Should have the ability to scale-up into larger Operational roles in CCD in next 2-3 years


- Will be responsible for building the Online Business strategy for CCD

- Responsible for Revenue and Margins of Business

- Drive rapid scale up of Delivery footprint by working closely with Aggregators like Swiggy / Zomato / Uber etc. Responsible for ensuring the category best SLA and SOP standards

- Develop an understanding of customer needs / market gaps and Launch Virtual Brands to address these opportunities. Responsible for creation on complete Brand Blueprint, development of product and successful launch in association with Delivery partners

- Explore innovations in product offering / presentation in line with Online Business needs

- Explore new opportunities of association with Online / Offline players in Delivery space

- Responsible for creating infrastructural and team capabilities in line with Business requirement

- Will require to work closely with IT / F&B / L&D / Ops Teams to create success
