JD in a Nutshell: Designation: Sr. Manager - Accounts receivables (Based on relevant Work Experience) Reporting to: General Manager - Finance KRAs: - Controlling revenue generated - Collection of revenue generated - Controlling of revenue leakage - Efficiency and Support to functions/department. Job Responsibilities: Handling a team of Executives / Sr. Executives / Assistant Managers / Managers for: 1.Distributor: - Consumer billing approval (based on policy). - Collection and deposits of the cheques - Processing CRN/DN whenever its needed. - Communication of statement of accounts, outstanding etc. 2. Security deposits: - Dispatches of machines according to policy - Monitoring free deposits machine dispatches - Monitoring machine v/s security deposits - Procedure of approval of CRN/DR 3. Services and maintenance: - Service and maintenance revenue generation according to management policies. - Monitoring dispute of invoices Distributers/clients. - Proper statement of accounts for service and maintenance not updated/performance invoice generated. - Dispatch of a statement of accounts to distributer and client for confirmation. - Review the list of zero rental reconsideration and control ant revenue leakage. 4. Direct operations: - Controlling of revenue leakage - Monitoring submission of invoicing - Receiving ageing / outstanding reports - Discussion with sales/region/operators on the issue and give support to resolve - Dispatch reports on request of president / GM - Team building with in head office and PAN India. 5. Process and customer orientation: - Communication with client whenever it's needed regional/outstanding/reconsideration. - Communication of statement of accounts, outstanding etc. Requisites from the Candidate: 1. Minimum 7+ Years of relevant experience 2. Minimum Finance Qualification (MBA-Finance / ICWA Intern or Final / CA)
