Job Summary:

The role serves as a core member of the Business Team with advanced analytics and insights responsible for supporting multiple projects across Coffee Day Beverages. The responsibilities involve but not limited to the following:

Key Responsibilities:

- Mining of large datasets to assist in developing analytics solution

- Create insights from predictive statistical modeling to deliver client value

- Apply deep statistical and mathematical knowledge, tools and techniques using various tools like Tableau, SAS, Google Analytics, Power BI, SPSS to increase efficiency, optimization of business and performing root cause analysis

- Collaborate with Coffee Day teams across functions to address business issues and influence change using strategy, industry and analytical skills

- Analyze requirements, assign timelines, identify dependencies, evaluating risks and issues

- Develop automated tools using various Software (Excel based VBA and similar tools) to cut down bottlenecks, work load and increase efficiency

- Use visualization techniques based on analysis from various queries and reports to help internal and external stakeholders gain insights about business trends

- Interact with multiple cross functional teams and clients for project status(es), business issues and to develop a roadmap for process improvement

- Monitor and continuously review operational efficiency with proactive oversight & corrections with clients and stakeholders across multiple locations

Skills & Qualifications Required:

- Advanced Excel & Analytical skills

- Relevant Experience in Analytics domain

- Knowledge of statistical techniques and models

- PowerPoint skills

- Advanced communication (written and oral) and strong interpersonal skills Ability to work cross-culturally
