As a part of the B2B Division of Coffee Day Global Ltd: Beverages Division deals with the Coffee Vending machines and the consumables that go with it. Our clients are Corporates from every industry of all scales, from the Airports to the Tech Giants like Wipro, Cognizant and to Automobile Showrooms like Nexa, College Institutes and etc. you name it. But apart from our product, the after service is the backbone of the company where our Technicians keep the machine running 24/7 and our Operators along with Operations team keep the Inventory of all the consumables in check as per the consumption pattern. These employees are primarily Contractual Employees. Job Purpose: To be an HR Champion for respective regions by being the single point of contact for any employee related task/issues. Duties and Responsibilities: As an Assistant Manager - HR, being responsible for the respective regions and the employees, the individual is expected to: - Connect with business to pro-actively understand business needs, and aligning HR delivery with business requirements - Maintain and update the recruitment requirements for respective regions. - Based on the priority of manpower requirements, the HR is expected to close all the positions within expected TATs by sourcing through various means such as Job portals (Naukri.com, IIM Jobs.com, LinkedIn), Cold calling, internal referrals, Walk-ins, Consultants and other innovative methods. - Assist, coordinate and refine the Induction programs for both campus and lateral new hires for their regional inductions - Connect with people to understand the pulse, to understand any potential issues and address them accordingly on priority. - Addressing queries with respect to policies, payroll, codes of conduct, reimbursements etc. for their respective regions - Leave and Attendance Management with other MIS related management - Responsible for undertaking &amp; driving employee related services and relations (counselling staff as and when required, employee engagement, culture setting, environment building, employee welfare, grievance handling) - PMS Support - Payroll Support - Allowances Validation - Periodic One-on-Ones with employees - Exit interviews and management CTC is negotiable based on relevant experience, capacity and interview Reports to: HR Head Location - Mumbai / Chennai Qualification : MLS / MSW / MBA - HR
