Quality Analyst - EdTech

- We are looking to hire for the position of Quality Analyst who can help us with our mission in building a world-class computer science learning product for K12 students.

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 1.5 years experience in Quality Assessment

- Experience in Quality Auditing/Assessment in EdTech or eLearning is preferable

- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with all stakeholders

- Detail-oriented, solution-driven, compliance-minded and results-oriented

- Highly motivated to solve problems with proven troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze problems by type and severity

- Ability to juggle multiple priorities successfully

- Extremely strong organizational and communication skills

- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, result-driven, and high-growth organization

- Ability to meet strict deadlines and communicate timelines

- Takes a sense of ownership

- Capable of embracing unexpected change in direction or priority

- A team player, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback

- Reviewing teacher-student interactions

- Identify potential quality issues per defined processes

- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall consumer experience

- Ensure key issues are escalated in a timely manner

- Assess alignment of output with functional and instructional specifications and requirements

- Liaise with Operations and Training teams to synergise processes and business goals, and strategise implementation of critical measures

- Assist with iterations of metrics, benchmarks and process documentation

- Prepare feedback reports

- Prepare action reports

Salary offered: upto 8LPA
