About Coding Ninjas :

- Coding Ninjas is a young edu-tech company that is charting new routes in the domain of technical education. Going beyond the traditional focus on programming concepts, CodingNinjas takes a wider approach in introducing students to the real world of software development.

- We have been teaching students Computer Science in the offline classroom since may 2016 and we launched our online programs in May 2017. We have taught more than 2300 students in our offline and around 1600 students in our online programs less than one year.

- There is a stark difference in the programming that is typically taught in Colleges/Universities and the real world software development.

- We are looking for people who share our vision, are passionate about education field and have the potential to become thought leaders in the field.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work in a professional, growing company with senior leadership and pioneering products

- Mastering the art of upselling, cross-selling and referral generation in the course of business.

- Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets in accordance with the strategic sales plan, developed by the management.

- Have clarity on the sales plan to follow basis team and organisational targets and goals.

- An unparalleled opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial role with tremendous learning.

- Looking after entire activities from the generation of leads till the conversion.

- Tracking leads and proactively communicating with the marketing team.

- Counselling the students via call, email or in person and suggesting the best course for them. Training tele-calling team.

- Coordinating with management to fine-tune marketing plans related to admissions and executing them.

- Planning and execution of offline events such as sponsorships, seminars or boot camps.

Salary Offered : 7 Lakhs + Perks
