We are looking for a senior professional to lead the Inside Sales Division for India. This role includes leading the company's inside sales process and managing the team of sales development representatives.
Responsibilities
- Drive B2B inside Sales team with passion and a metrics-driven approach to increase productivity, manage pipeline, forecast and drive desired sales behaviours to achieve the targets.
- Develop & Implement strategies for accomplishing business objectives across key verticals like IT- Software- Services. Implement sales & business development activities across accounts.
- Closely working with CEO and CEO office to design and Implement Global Sales & Strategies in the International region.
- Monitor, coach, and develop ways to coach the team to identify customer needs and pitch the relevant product benefits to complete a sale.
- Manage sales operations through the implementation of action plans, production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Ensure accomplishment of regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing and ensuring compliance with an annual budget, and scheduling expenditures
- Demonstrating leadership skills through building teams, driving key process metrics, creating superlative work culture, bringing strong customer focus and leading the company to exponential growth.
- Create and manage sales goals for your sales team using transparent, clear, measurable objectives.
- Represent the organization at various industry forums aimed at enhancing market awareness across the target market segment.
Requirements
- An ideal candidate will be someone with experience selling B2B, preferably in the IT services domain.
- Hands on experience building, developing & leading a high-performance team in B2B sales.
- Hands on experience in Sales and entrepreneurial background are a plus.
- Has delivered exponential growth in previous roles by leveraging technology with innovative solutions and improving the sales team's performance.
- Has a growth mindset, Identifies opportunities & has a successful track record of delivering in a dynamic & undefined environment.
- Comes with solid problem-solving skills & should have worked on any popular sales Methodologies.
- Has proven ability to do root cause analysis and create & execute long-term sustainable solutions.
- Has exemplary people management skills with inspirational leadership skills.
