About the role : As a Business Development Specialist, you will get an opportunity to work on strategizing the growth of CodeChef's monetization routes. The work will have a direct impact on the growth and revenue of the business. Responsibilities : - Identifying potential leads, developing and executing strategic alliances to generate revenue - Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan, evaluate benefits of association with prospects - Manage end to end partner relations including pitching and negotiation - Brainstorm and ideate creative marketing ideas to increase product adoption & awareness - Planning and rolling out marketing campaigns to effectively reach target audiences - Establish best practices in digital marketing and stay up-to-date with digital technologies and developments - Generate and analyze campaign reports, followed by suggesting solutions to boost sales and partners What should you possess - An engineering graduate/PostGraduate degree - 2 - 5 years of experience in technology related sales or business development - Immaculate communication skills and can deliver the most effective targeted pitches - Sharp business acumen and a penchant for marketing internet products - You should be highly numerate and believe in measuring and analyzing everything you possibly can - An ability to complete large volumes of work quickly and independently with a high level of drive, initiative, and self-motivation - Should be dynamic with strategy formulation and acceptance of idea with logical reasoning - Have an ability to complete large volumes of work quickly and independently with a high level of drive, initiative and self-motivation.
