- Lead the development, enhancement and management of all technical aspect for D365 and Power Platform

- Mentor developers on the team (inhouse or Partner), fostering an environment of continued learning and improvement

- Empower the team to deliver quality software in a timely manner and continuously improve the development process

- Work as a Team Lead and an individual contributor

- Participate in establishing and documenting solutions architecture and technical design

- Responsible for maximizing the maintainability and extensibility of the solutions

- Improve the developer experience for product development teams

- Write high-quality code, that is supported by an appropriate level of testing and metrics

- Intellectually curious to adapt to changing technologies, platforms, and environments

- Enjoy working in a collaborative environment with a diverse group of people partnering effectively with the team members, partners, and customers.

- UI/UX Design and development

- Excellent technical communication skills and collaborating with multi-functional business partners

- Recent experience with X++, C#, Visual Studio, MorphX, .Net, Experience of T-SQL including stored procedures and triggers

- C#, .NET, HTML, CSS,JavaScript, Web Service, Web API, OData, REST API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Power Apps, Power BI, MS Flow, Azure Service Bus, Git, Azure DevOps (CI/CD), SSRS, SSIS

- Microsoft D365 (Essential)

- Technical Implementation of AX / D365, Design and Implement Extensions & Integration

- Manage code release and deployments . Common Data Services

- Ideally Microsoft Azure Integration Architecture with PowerApps, LogicApps, CDS

- Knowledge of LCS, VSTS, Microsoft Power Platform (desirable)

- Work closely with Functional team in Workshops helping with gap analysis, solution design

- Strong Consulting background, Experience delivering full life cycle AX projects

- Previous experience taking the lead on Dynamics AX / D365 projects

- Previously proven ability to problem solve and time manage

- Experience of using DevOps tools (Wiki, Story Boards, Sprints, Test Suites, Pipelines, etc.)

- Strong experience working with continuous integration and continuous delivery

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

- Self-motivated, fast learner, continuous improvement mindset and willing to - do what it takes- to get the job done

- 8+ years- engaging and working with cross-functional enterprise level software development projects using Agile development methodologies and leading team of 8-10 developers

- Experience with, or understanding of, Agile/Lean Software Development practices such as Scrum

- Ability to manage & balance multiple deliverables in an environment with shifting priorities

- Ability to lead a mid-sized (5-10) team of developers
