Job Description : Objective : Primary responsibilities are to support team in execution of Data Analytics, Daily routine activities and special assignments. Besides, ensure their implementation and monitor compliance Function : Analytics Job Responsibilities : The Analysts will primarily cater to reporting and analytics for the Procurement Function to drive various analytics routines and initiatives around Spend Analytics (Direct and Indirect), Commodity Research & Forecast, Category Support & Scorecards, Management Reporting and Dashboarding, Cost Models, Historical Trends etc. Key deliverables to be on delivering standard reports and insight generation / mine multiple data sources (SAP, ARIBA, SAP BI, Internal tools, data collected from functions, and other internal legacy applications) - Expertise in Data mining and Slicing /Dicing techniques to highlight key opportunity areas and automate reports (Ability to leverage macros/power pivots/Visual Basic and hands-on experience on advanced reporting tools like Tableau, SAP BO, Robotics, etc...) - Identifying key opportunity/gaps through monthly/fortnightly business reviews (Good in PPT making and storytelling skills) - Proficiency in statistical modelling and tools like SQL, R to deliver key strategic projects identified. - Design predictive analytics and diagnostic analytics processes for Procurement. - Create different reports / dashboards for improving Availability of Raw Material / Packaging Material (RM / PM), optimizing spends across various categories of spends, contract analytics etc,. Geographical Scope : Key Customers : External Customers : Vendors and Service providers, Direct and indirect customers. Qualifications : Graduate / Postgraduate Functional Skills : - FMCG, Retail, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance Domain Knowledge - Understanding of Category and Commodity buying - Data Analytics /Data Mining - Ability to analyze multiple sources of data from multiple systems. - Business Intelligence tools experience. - Understanding correlation, multivariate regression and all aspects of massaging data together to look at it from different angles for use in predictive and prescriptive modeling. - Communication and storytelling / Good with presentations. - Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting concepts. - Ability to glean insights from data, ability to handle large quantum of data and use disparate data sets to arrive at insights The apply button will redirect you to an external URL.
