Roles and Responsibilities : - Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of payroll and related client service, including recordkeeping and reporting - Responsible for TA administration for sourcing, screening, interview and offer co-ordination for positions in RPSI through internal and external channels, delivering results as per SLA Talent Acquisition : - Sourcing and initial screening - Functional Interview scheduling, co-ordination with hiring managers, closure of interviews, interview feedback forms consolidation - Offer fitment and Co-ordination and closure with candidates on offer acceptance and joining date confirmations - IJP communication, screening, scheduling for functional assessment, co-ordination for transfers of selected associatesTrack and maintain status of every stage in candidate selection process, and achieve results as per SLA - Execute sourcing from job portals, search consultants, company job-site database - Maintain and update employee referral database - Responsible for candidate data accuracy - Co-ordination for search partner and job-portal agreement renewals, purchase requisitions, and invoice receipt and processing of payments - Execution of Shared services transition activities and Recruitment Management System deployment, as per project deliverables Payroll : - Managing &amp; administration of Payroll and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities - Ensuring time lines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliances. - Statutory compliance for all employment laws and documentations required and also manage audit management. - Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making - Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e. Investments declaration, Form 16s, Tax Returns - Ensuring time lines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance - Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax - Ensuring Timely payouts of Full &amp; Final Settlements - Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making - Verification &amp; Reconciliation of monthly payroll - Respond to payroll queries from employees in a timely manner - Basic knowledge of PF, ESIC, Gratuity rules and regulations - Responsible of preparing monthly Payroll Dashboard - Ensure Monthly payroll &amp; Accounting and provisions to Finance - Knowledge of HR systems and databases - Good Communication and presentation skills
