Title: Team Leader - Financial Services Function: Finance (Part of Controllers Group (Finance)) Work Location: Bangalore Job Responsibilities: - Preparation of monthly financial statements under USGAAP as per defined timelines - Submission of financial statements under S4 HANA systems for group consolidations - Preparation of various MIS post month closure - Quarterly submission of BS Narratives, working capital Narratives & cash flow statements - End to End review and accounting of lease standards under USGAAP - Data preparation for CEO/BIG presentations - Preparation of functional decks - Participation in USGAAP & CAD audits - Interact with shared service team regularly for BSR reviews and other accounting compliances in order to maintain BS hygiene - Review of commodity template and preparation of commodity P&L Key requisites: - Strong understanding of SPPs - Financial Reporting & Analysis including implementation of New Accounting Standard - Interaction and ensuring compliance with USGAAP including interaction and closure with accounting research around new norms and policy - Cost Optimization (Productivity) Program Management Geographical Scope: Pan India Reports To: National Manager - Financial Services Key Customers: Internal Customers: Other sub functions in FSS/BSS, Zonal Finance and Taxation, Commercial and procurement department, Zonal finance managers at units/plants/region, HO Tax Cell, Corporate, Services functions stakeholders including respective function heads. Corporate & Group entities as applicable. External Customers: Auditors, Consultant, IT Service partners ; Management consultants, Valuers, Tax Consultant, Lawyers, Law firms, Regulatory Authority Qualifications: ICWA/CA inter Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in FMCG Industry.
