Job Responsibilities: - Responsible to design Agile and Future-ready Rural Distribution Network suitable to meet short term and long-term requirements of HCCB - Responsible for driving processes and controls for Rural Distribution Network of HCCB - Should be able to suggest the optimum Distribution model, tailor made by market, and standardize the same. - Identify automation opportunities in the RTM processes and drive process finalization, system development and implementation. - Track and drive on ground adoption and usage through capability development and engagement. - Analyse current business parameters to capture distributor &amp; Spoke business trends, and put processes and protocols towards streamlining the same - Outside in view - FMCG best practices, explore last mile delivery options, tie ups with right partners to support distribution in Rural landscape - Run the Spoke model for the organization and keep developing relevant tools to help capture Rural distribution opportunity - ensuring continuous distribution gain in Rural India. - To work closely with Zones (Distribution, Operations), Finance, IT, Commercial, Supply Chain, Business Services Job Requirements: Qualifications: MBA or any equivalent PG Diploma in any Stream from a reputed institute Experience: Minimum 8 years of Relevant experience in FMCG Distribution Functional Skills: - Strong background of Operations and Distributor management - Analytical know-how &amp; Financial knowledge - Collaborative and Influencing skills will be required for successful functioning of the role The apply button will redirect you to an external URL, please apply there as well.
