Job DescriptionObjective: - To ensure that sourcing strategy is in relation to the business strategy - To plan the talent requirement against organization structure and design and implement processes and programs to attract and source talent.Title: Manager- Talent Acquisition Function: Business Shared Services- HR Work Location: Bangalore Job Responsibilities- To work with different functions to ensure updated organization positions and approved headcount - To ensure that a skill matrix for each function and role is prepared to identify gaps or overlaps and identify pipeline available for larger roles.
