Manager - NKA Delivery Description : Manage team involved in execution of Appointment & Delivery process for NKA Customers. - Customer Service Levels / Fill rate improvements. Third party resource management with key focus on productivity - Ensure that routines and process compliances with respect to appointment and delivery process are on time and as expected - Plan for continuous process improvements / digitisation to enhance service level to stakeholders by staying updated with the changing business needs and increase productivity wherever applicable - Plan and execute Training and alignment, Change Management and Communication plans to ensure that transition escalations are managed and supported. Job Responsibilities : - Monitor the NKA fill rates and work with stake holders for improvement. RCA for Fill Rate loss and mitigation plans with stakeholders and team members. - Constant interaction with NKA Sales team (unit/corporate) . Customers, Supply Chain Associates for Order fulfillment and service to NKA Customers wherever required. NKA Fill rate benchmark is 96%. Objective is to understand the bottle necks / constraints and keep enhancing Customer Service from current levels. - Plan and assist the training of new resources and cross training of existing resources in multiple zones to run the operations effectively - Plan and assist the training of third party resources required for the operations with key focus on productivity Work towards digitization, process simplification and automation to enhance productivity and focusing on process improvements - Ensure KPIs and SLAs, engages with NKA Services Team for improvement plans. - Ensure that Trackers, Reports, Routines, processes pertaining to appointment and delivery creation are in place as per the time frame and expected frequency - Engage with Planning Team for ensuring that OOS related data is received on time and with Supply Chain team for enabling execution of deliveries wherever required - Support Change Management wherever applicable. Job Requirement : - Any Degree / Graduation with 8 - 12 years of experience in operational capacity with exposure to operations in NKA Order processing - appointment and delivery creation - In-depth knowledge of the NKA Order processing (appointment & delivery creation) - Knowledge of Sales operations, Supply chain Planning (for NKA stocks) - Effective stakeholder coordination and handling skills
