To be able to establish competitive and cost-effective programmes that will help retain employees and attract best talent. Title: Manager- Benefits Function: Human Resources Work Location: Bangalore Job Responsibilities: Benefits: - To design Benefits Programs in line with the market practice and legal requirements of the country - Designing of processes for administration of employee Benefits - Working with insurance broker, insurance company, HRSS &amp; Finance (Treasury) to ensure timely renewals - Monitor &amp; maximize enrolments for voluntary Benefit plans Job Responsibilities : HR Policies : - Custodianship of all employee policies - Periodic review &amp; update of policies based on business strategy &amp; requirements, HR/C&amp;B philosophy, internal stakeholder feedback, compliance requirements &amp; external benchmarking - Ongoing guidance/support to HR on policy interpretation - Communication of policies to relevant target groups - Examine &amp; recommend introduction (or discontinuation) of employee Benefits - Policy writing Benchmarking &amp; Surveys : - Assess competitiveness levels of HCCB's Benefits offerings - Participation in surveys to benchmark Benefits with the industry - Conducting surveys for formal &amp; informal feedback from internal stakeholder groups around existing policies Projects &amp; Rewards Support : - Lead projects from time to time around identified needs/impact areas such as Benefits Communication, Flex Benefits, consolidation of workmen Benefits (list is indicative only), specific benefits requirements such as COVID related aspects in recent times - Support the Rewards Team with respect to specific projects from time to time - Digitisation of Rewards and benefits, Rewards Analytics etc Supervises: None Direct Reports: None Grade (Internal Reference): 8 Geographical Scope: PAN India Reports To: National Head- Rewards Key Customers: Internal Customers: HR Partners, HR CoE (D&amp;I, Talent Management), Shared Services, Finance (Payroll &amp; Treasury), Legal, Communications, BIG HR and C&amp;B External Customers: Benefits providers/vendors (e.g. insurance companies), Consultants (benchmarking, market surveys etc), Insurance brokers, Industry peers Job Requirement : Qualifications: Graduation or Post-Graduation (MBA in HR) Experience: 6+ years (Graduate), 3+ years (Postgraduate), Exposure to the Benefits domain will be an added advantage Functional Skills: - Knowledge of Design, Implementation &amp; day to day management of Benefit schemes - Excellent knowledge of systems for job assessment and job analysis - Proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of other MS Office Suite products - Ability to collaborate with the system, customers, and key stakeholders - Ability to inspire others and act like an owner Travel: Up to 15% of the time Note : For your candidature to be considered on this job, you need to apply necessarily on the company's redirected page of this job.
