Cluster Manager - Supply Chain Excellence


Job Description:


Prioritized Responsibilities:


- Facilitate country achievement of Operational Excellence (OE) strategy and provide leadership for OE in ClusterF


- Facilitate CHANGE & OE culture


- Identify & drive Productivity Projects to ensure SC Productivity Targets are delivered


- Contribute the business results through OE related Capability Building and Benchmarking Practices

Job Responsibilities:


- Change Management: Champion and initiate change efforts for the Company, continuous improvement attitude and positive thinking


- Strategic & Systemic thinking: Business thinking, systemical thinking, considering the impact across all stakeholders. Make balanced investment and spending decisions to build shareholder value. Drive

sustainability through environmentally, socially, and economically sound viable business practice.


- Innovative Thinking: secure time and resources to explore new ideas to challenge the current state and creates an organization that generates and implements unique, breakthrough ideas.


- Result-oriented & Customer Focus: act decisively on opportunities to achieve Company/System goals.

- Training in Advance Analytics.


- Black Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Masters in Operational Excellence.


- Appropriate Project Management certification.


- Coaching and Facilitation skill: able to conduct the knowledge transferring both classroom and shopfloor for all levels in SC


- Effectively communication & Influence: help others see future opportunities and influence them toward new strategies


- Financial & KPI Benchmarking, Zero Base Costing.


- Passion, energy and aspiration in Supply chain with the company brands and people values


- Fluent in English both in writing and speaking


- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office, Minitab, Business system (SAP,..)


Functional Competencies:


- Negotiation, Communications, Advance Analytics, Operational Excellence / Lean Six Sigma , Operational Research, Customer Relationship Management, Bottling System Knowledge, Supply Chain Manufacturing & Logistics, Strategic Planning, Project Management , Financial Management and Structured Problem Solving, Automation.


Leadership Competencies:


- Drive Innovation, Collaborate with the System, Customer and Key Stakeholders, Act Like an Owner,

Inspire Others, Develop Self and Others, Leading in a Multicultural environment


Job Requirement:


- BE / B.Tech from Recognized University


- 10+ years as a department manager or factory manager (small operation) in an FMCG Manufacturing environment.


- 10+ years experience in operational excellence consulting/ Execution at a plant or multi-facility level.


- 10+ years experience in leading capital or process improvement projects, some experience in people

change initiatives and process improvement


- Membership of a professional institute advantageous is preferable


- Background in Lean Thinking & Six Sigma Tools, Black Belt certification


- Experience in Training and development, Facilitation skill


- Good knowledge and experience in QMS, Project Management , GMPs, Automation


- Experience of working with vendors, customer and consumer
